Q: Can I return a product if I change my mind?
Because our items ship globally from our partners, we’re unable to accept physical returns at this time. However, if there’s an issue with your order, we’ll always do our best to make it right.
Q: What if my item arrives damaged or not as expected?
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, with a photo and your order number. We’ll offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
Q: Do I need to ship the product back?
No returns are necessary. We trust our community and prefer to resolve issues simply and kindly.
